If you're tired of driving to the gym just to run on the treadmill alone, taking classes that are honestly boring, or trying to lift weights and make gains that leave you injured or in pain, you are not alone! (And, if you don't want to dance just yet, start off simple with our Strength & Toning class, called Boost or Power Hour"!)
Dance experience is not required!
We’re so NOT serious about technique/being a “dancer” and “learning” how to dance. Our classes are just made to make you MOVE your body! We promise you will be hooked in no time, feel on top of the world, and experience a rewarding workout!
