💧Late Arrival Policy💧
Though we encourage everyone to take the entire class so they can safely warm-up and cool down, we allow people to enter class within the first 5 minutes. If you arrive more than 5 min. after class starts the door will be locked and you will be considered a no-show.
You must be dressed and INSIDE the room at the 5-minute window. If you arrive at the 5-minute mark and still have to change/bathroom/get equipment it's not only very distracting to the instructors and your fellow members to enter class that late, but you are missing warming up your body which is very important! We understand things happen and everyone runs late, which is why we have the 5-minute grace period.
The front desk may stop you and ask you to wait to take the next class if you arrive too late. Safety truly is our main goal here. Thank you for your understanding!
Please keep in mind that your body needs time to safely warm-up and stretching is an important part of injury prevention. (While we cannot stop you, please do not leave until the class is finished as it can be disruptive. If you do need to leave early, let the instructor know BEFORE class begins.)
💧Safe Space to Sweat💧
We strive to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all clients! We ask that clients refrain from any behavior or activities that may disrupt the peaceful atmosphere of our studio, including but not limited to excessive noise, use of devices in class, offensive odors, or the use of intoxicating substances before or during workouts. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a positive experience for everyone!
💧Waitlists💧
In order to make sure we can keep to our high standards and to ensure we don't overcrowd classes, we cap classes depending on the class.
If you're on the waitlist, we assume you're available for class and are prepared to attend if a spot opens up. Treat a waitlist spot just like you're booked for class because you MOST LIKELY will get in.
The system will auto-populate clients into class from the waitlist as other clients with confirmed spots cancel.
If you know you won't be able to make it, simply take your name off the waitlist with no penalty.
It is the clients’ responsibility to check texts and emails to see if you were moved into the class.
Late cancel/no-show fees still apply to clients added off the waitlist and into the class that does not cancel within the bounds of the cancellation policy.
💧Cancelation & No-show Policy💧
We require a 4-hour notice for canceling and rescheduling classes. Cancellations must be made via the Drip Drop Fitness app or website. Failure to manage the booking in time, or not showing up for a class, will result in a penalty:
ALL MEMBERSHIP holders and 7-day Special pass holders will be charged an automatic $8 fee to your credit card on file. However, after the $8 fee is assessed, the pass will be returned to your account for use during your allotted month.
New client special, Single-pass, off-peak pass, or 10-class package holders will not incur a fee. Instead, the pass will be forfeited. 1 mo. unlimited pass holders receive access to only 1 class per day and therefore do not incur a fee, but instead forfeit a day.
(*While our cancellation policy is 4 hours, any class with a start time before 9:00 am must be canceled by 10:00 pm the night prior to prevent being charged/loss of pass)
*Penalty/fees subject to change
- To cancel a class, log in to your account and select “My Schedule.” This will allow you to select the class you’d like to cancel. Once your spot is canceled, your class will be returned to your account for use at a future date.
All late cancelations and no-show fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
To avoid a late cancelation or no-show fee charge, you must both sign in and participate in the class.
💧Memberships💧
Memberships are monthly and auto-reoccurring and begin on the client's desired start date.
Member has 30 days between the auto-draft dates to use the allotted amount of classes.
30-day written notice to membership@dripdropfitness.com is required for any membership termination or downgrade request. We will NOT accept termination requests in any method other than by email.
If you submit a request to terminate less than 30 days before your auto-pay date, account termination will go into effect the following month.
Geographic Relocation Policy: Should you permanently relocate outside of a 60-mile radius of DDF, your membership can be terminated with a termination fee of 50% of any remaining balance that exceeds 1 month's payment, due at the time of termination.
Disability of Member: You may cancel your membership if you become disabled so that you cannot make reasonable use of classes. You must prove such a disability by a doctor's note. If members need to put their membership on hold due to a medical concern, they may do so for an indefinite period of time. Members must provide a doctor's note and release script.
Membership Late Payment Policy: A late fee will be charged if membership payment is not received within 7 days of the due date. The late fee is $7 on the 7th day and $3 per day after that, compounded daily until the balance is settled. This fee covers administrative costs and encourages prompt payment of membership dues.
